Smart Teaching: AI-Driven Solutions with ChatGPT and Beyond

DESCRIPTION

Most educators know AI is changing everything. Few know how to actually use it.  This course changes that. In 6 days, you'll go from confused to confident.

You'll understand how AI really works — and more importantly, you'll know exactly how to use it to save time, reach every learner, and teach better than ever before.  No fluff.

No theory for theory's sake. Just the tools, the frameworks, and the practice you need — starting on Day 1. — human or artificial?

This course is a hands-on, deeply immersive course for educators who want to go far beyond the basics and genuinely understand the AI tools reshaping education.

COMPETENCES

  • You'll finally understand how AI works — and be able to explain it clearly to anyone in your school.

  • You'll write prompts that actually get results, every time, using three battle-tested frameworks.

  • You'll know how to use AI to reach every learner in your room — including those others struggle to reach.

  • You'll create images, videos, presentations, music, and voice content — with tools you can use tomorrow.

  • You'll always stay in control. The AI works for you — not the other way around.

  • You'll have a full toolkit of real platforms, tested and ready: NotebookLM, Google Gems, AI video, and more.

  • You'll leave with a clear plan for the next 90 days — so nothing gets lost when you go home.

  • You'll apply this knowledge confidently in your teaching environment.

METHODOLOGY

  • Every session starts with a clear “why.” You always know why what you’re learning matters — before you touch a single tool.

  • You use the tools in the room, in real time. No watching. No waiting. Doing — prompting, creating, generating, and evaluating outputs guided by the facilitator.

  • Three proven frameworks. You practise them until they’re second nature, giving you repeatable, transferable strategies for communicating with AI.

  • You’ll be challenged to think differently — exploring creativity, constraints, style shifting, and unexpected AI applications.

  • You’re not alone. Real conversations with peers who face the same questions, building a shared critical literacy across the cohort.

  • You test the tools yourself and decide what works for your context — from NotebookLM and Google Gems to image generators, video tools, and audio enhancers.

  • You leave with your plan — not a template. Your goals, your tools, your first steps, ensuring the course translates directly into professional practice.

  • You drive the AI. Every time. That’s non-negotiable.

RESULTS

  • You’ll know exactly how AI works — and be able to explain it to your students, your colleagues, and your principal.

  • You’ll communicate with AI clearly and get the outputs you actually need — first time, every time, across a wide range of professional contexts.

  • You’ll leave with a real, tested toolkit — ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gems, AI video, images, and audio — ready to open on Monday.

  • You’ll know how to use AI to reach the students who are hardest to reach — and make every learner feel seen.

  • You’ll always be in control. You’ll know when to use AI, when not to, and how to keep your judgment front and centre — including the AI Sandwich Methodology.

  • You’ll produce content that looks and sounds professional — in a fraction of the time it used to take.

  • You’ll know what to watch out for, what questions to ask, and how to use AI in a way you’re proud of.

  • You won’t just have ideas. You’ll have a plan — your plan — with real goals, real tools, and real first steps.
