AI Assistant: Automations, Smart Flows for Educators & Trainers

DESCRIPTION

Meet your most enthusiastic new colleague — one who never tires, never complains, and is always ready to help. Your Eager AI Assistant is here to take on the tasks that drain your time and energy, so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring, connecting, and teaching.

This 6-day practical course gives educators hands-on experience working alongside AI tools as genuine workflow partners. You will learn to understand your assistant's true strengths — from generating lesson plans and drafting communications to organising projects and creating engaging materials — and discover how to build flows that make your AI work smarter for you. Because the best results don't come from using AI occasionally, but from learning how to collaborate with it consistently and creatively.

Participants will work with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, and Canva AI, alongside simple automation platforms like Make.com and organization tools like Notion. The course emphasises a practical, human-led approach: AI handles the heavy lifting on repetitive tasks while you maintain full creative control and critical judgment. By the end, you will have a personalised AI-powered workflow and a clear strategy for integrating your eager assistant into your everyday professional life.
