6 | Erasmus+ Funding Programme

  • YES! That's our mission.

Our trainings are fully eligible for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 funding.

Are you currently applying for an Erasmus grant or waiting for results? Don't complete your enrollment yet—reach out through our contact form or email first. We'll guide you through the process.

  • Any student, teacher, or staff member of an educational organization, NGO within the European Union can participate in Erasmus, provided their institution is involved in an active Erasmus project or is accreditated.

Educational organizations from Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, and Turkey (known as third countries associated with the Programme) are also eligible to participate in all Erasmus opportunities.

Meanwhile, institutions from countries not associated with the Programme may only apply for certain types of projects.

Please refer to the official Erasmus Guide to determine the specific options available, as they vary depending on the country.

  • Erasmus+ Key Action 1 projects fund the essentials: travel costs, accommodation, AND your training course.
Our courses qualify for full funding.

This means you could travel across Europe, stay in a new city, AND gain cutting-edge skills all covered!

  • You can only apply for Erasmus+ funding through your organization, as these projects are intended to involve the entire community.

First, create a personal account on the official EU platform for the Erasmus programme.
Once logged in, you can register your school or institution to obtain an Organization ID, (OID) which is a unique 9-digit number that precisely identifies your institution.

Afterward, you will be able to create and complete an online application, (KA121/KA122) where you will describe your project by answering a series of questions.

  • It depends on the type of project you’re interested in applying

Erasmus deadlines are updated every year, usually the deadlines are in February for Key Action 1 (KA1) and in March for KA2.

Find them all at the Erasmus Programme Guide

  • All Erasmus projects typically involve travel.

However, if your school is participating in Erasmus for the first time, we recommend starting with a Key Action 1 (KA1) Short-term project. This option allows you to organize up to 30 mobilities within 18 months and involves a lighter initial workload compared to applying for an Accreditation or a Key Action 2 project.

  • Most National Agencies announce results about 4 months after the deadline. Your proposal gets scored based on official criteria, and if approved, you can start planning around 2 months after that. If you're still waiting for results, don't rush your enrollment—get in touch with us and we'll hold space for you.

  • It is a long-term quality label for institutions planning to organize Erasmus mobilities regularly.

Accreditation offers students and staff the opportunity to travel abroad without the need to create a new project each year.

Once accredited, streamlined procedures enable you to develop a comprehensive internationalization strategy for the entire school community.
