Designed for educators in formal, non-formal, and informal settings, this dynamic course aims to equips teachers and adult educators with innovative strategies to foster creativity, inclusivity, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Participants will explore cutting-edge tools for classroom management, mediation, and student motivation while enhancing their ability to build harmonious, team-driven learning environments. Tailored to Erasmus+ organizations, the program emphasizes experiential learning, intercultural exchange, and actionable outcomes to strengthen European cooperation.

Led by SALTO-affiliated experts, the course blends theory with hands-on practice, empowering educators to transform classrooms into hubs of engagement and equity.

Learning Objectives

  • By the end of the course, participants will:

    1. Master non-formal education techniques for formal settings.

    2. Foster intercultural collaboration and dismantle communication barriers.

    3. Utilize mediation and negotiation tools to resolve classroom conflicts.

    4. Design strategies to combat student dropout and boost motivation.

    5. Integrate digital tools for enhanced classroom management and engagement.

    6. Build cohesive teams through dynamic group activities and feedback systems.

    7. Develop action plans for cross-cultural projects under the Erasmus+ framework.

METHODOLOGY

Course Format

  • One-week length: two weeks or other formats are available on request.

  • 4-5 hours per day: from Monday to Friday, with excursions planned during the training.

  • Fully fundable: Meeting the Erasmus+ KA1 budget criteria.

  • Flexible: change courses, locations, or dates without fees

Audience and requirements

Courses are structured around the collective sharing of participants’ experiences, therefore all courses are in English. For participants with a very low English level, we advised to come with a translator in the team.

We provide tailored courses for school roles like teachers, principals, and staff, as well as for different levels of IT skills. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of professionals such as adult educators, language teachers, youth workers, and social workers, ensuring they have a meaningful impact in education and social work.
